Industries

Built for one industry at a time.

Every industry buys work its own way — different documents, different seasons, different people signing off. VendoRFP is built around that: an industry gets its own paperwork, its own approvals and its own wording, rather than a blank form to fill in. Community associations is the one you can buy today, from writing the request to signing the contract.

An aerial of a residential community — homes, curving streets, and shared amenity ground

Community associations

HOAs, condominiums, and the companies that manage them.

A board or a manager maps the association’s shared ground from parcel data, sets the standards a vendor has to clear, publishes an RFP for pool care, landscaping, porter work or amenity staffing, and takes the proposals to a vote. After the award the schedule, the visits, the invoices and every certificate live under the association they belong to.

What you get, whatever you buy.

These three work the same for every buyer. Whatever your industry adds on top — its own documents, its own approvals — these are already running underneath.

The same verification

A person reads each vendor’s insurance and trade credential, checks it against the minimum cover you require, and watches the expiration date for you.

The same RFP engine

Describe the work in plain words, or upload the document your attorney already wrote. It publishes, and priced proposals come back in arrival order.

The same record afterwards

Schedule, visits, photographs, invoices and certificates all sit under the property they belong to, from the day the contract is signed.

If you sell the work rather than buy it, there is a site for that. Get verified once, then choose which published requests to answer, whatever industry put them out.
