Frequently asked questions

  • What does asking for proposals cost?

    Nothing. Publishing an RFP is free on every plan, with no limit, and so is receiving, comparing and awarding proposals.

  • Who pays the vendor?

    Your community pays each vendor its own price. We add nothing. Sales tax is its own line.

  • What is the difference between monthly and yearly?

    Yearly is billed once. You pay for 10 months and get twelve, so a community costs $200 a year instead of $240.

  • Who does a plan cover?

    A plan is priced for each community it covers. A board covers its own community. A management company or a community manager chooses which of its communities to cover.

  • How do I get Community Plus?

    Create an account. Community Plus is built to be added to one community at a time, from the account you create, and the first community stays on Community Free until you choose.

  • What is the Community Enterprise plan?

    Community Enterprise is custom pricing for groups running many communities, and you never have to move to it. There is no limit on how many communities you put on Community Plus. Once you run 4 or more, Community Enterprise may cost less, and your dashboard will say so. It is priced on a call.

  • Can I buy Pool Check-in or Amenity Reserve on their own?

    Yes. Pool Check-in has its own site and is free for your first community. Amenity Reserve has its own site and is priced per community. Linking either one to your account is free on every plan.

  • What are credits?

    Credits pay for AI drafts in the RFP generator suite. An AI draft of an RFP uses 25 credits. Uploading, writing and sending your own RFP never use credits. Community Free includes 500 a month. Community Plus has unlimited generations, with a fair-use limit of 100 a day.
