11 named permission switches per manager. Awarding work without the switch is refused by the server.
Every control change is logged. Suspending a seat revokes every permission on it at once and has to carry a stated reason, which is written to the log beside who suspended it and when — so a manager who loses access can be told what happened instead of being left staring at a login that broke.
