Your board can vote at the clubhouse or on their phones.

Every board member gets a secure ballot link, or votes on a shared screen at the meeting.

What a vote includes

  • A ballot link for each member

A member opens the link, picks a proposal or abstains and reviews the choice before it is recorded. No account is needed to vote.

  • Sealed until the vote closes

Individual ballots stay hidden until the vote ends.

  • The rule is set first

The decision rule is fixed before the vote starts, and quorum is counted for you.

  • A record for your minutes

The outcome and the tally are kept with the proposals that were voted on.

How a vote runs

  1. Choose the proposals that go to the board and set the decision rule.
  2. Send each member their ballot link, or open the vote on a computer or iPad at the meeting.
  3. Watch the tally fill in as ballots arrive, then close the vote and file the record.
