Follow every work order from dispatch to approval.

A work order moves through the same steps every time, and you decide it once the vendor says it is done.

What a work order tracks

  • A clear lifecycle

Not yet accepted, dispatched, on site, awaiting approval, then approved, declined or paid.

  • The vendor moves it forward

The vendor accepts, dispatches, arrives and completes. Its company decides which crew member takes a stop.

  • You decide a finished work order

Approve or decline a work order once it is awaiting approval. Earlier steps are the vendor’s.

  • Photos on the work order

The work order carries the visit photos your community reads before approving.

How a work order closes

  1. The vendor accepts and dispatches the work order.
  2. The vendor arrives, works and marks it complete.
  3. You read the report and approve or decline it.
