How sizing works
You mark out the boundary on the map — where public parcel data exists, the map offers a starting outline you can adjust — and it subtracts the private lots it can identify. What is left is an upper limit on the ground a vendor could be asked to keep, never a measurement of it. The curb strips, medians and unparcelled gaps inside the boundary are still counted, so a walkthrough may bring it down.
That acreage sizes the lawn line of your RFP only, at VendoRFP’s estimate rate — pool, porter and staffing scopes are priced by visit, stop or shift instead. The figure is VendoRFP’s estimate: no vendor has priced the scope yet. Your price for that line is set when vendors submit proposals against it and you select one.
