What it does
Pool Check-in gives your attendants a fast way to log who’s on the pool deck — residents, guests and vendors — from an iPad, tablet or laptop at the gate.
Attendants search the resident roster by name or street, open a household, and record who’s present in a few taps.
Every pool keeps its own open and close hours, and Pool Check-in enforces them automatically.
Community managers see a live dashboard of daily and weekly visits and top households, and can export the check-in log to CSV.
Households that shouldn’t be admitted — delinquent accounts, suspensions, bans — are flagged automatically at check-in, without locking out the rest of the family over one person.
A device only has to be set up once. After that, the iPad remembers itself, and attendants sign in with their own username and password.
