A pool route and a guard roster are not the same work, so they get different screens. Pick yours.
Pick a trade — each one is a different dashboard
Frequent visits, each one a chemistry log. Free chlorine and pH are required every visit, because your health department is what sets the interval a public pool records at, and the dashboard asks for both before it lets you close the visit.

Chlorine and pH are required every visit because the health department sets that floor. A reading outside the normal band is recorded and flagged, never refused.

Fewer, bigger visits on a mowing schedule, plus seasonal treatments. Acreage serviced is required, and it gets checked against the acreage the contract was priced on.

Trash, restrooms, breezeways, and the pool deck — the same stops every morning, each one recorded as it is done. Photos go on the ones that needed the work.

A porter is paid for the loop itself, so the stops are the record. Bags collected is the single number a board asks about most, and anything you flag reaches them.

Posts and shifts rather than visits, billed on hours covered. Offering certified lifeguards is a gated endorsement, and a lifeguard post asks for extra readings on top of the staffing report.
You work staffing alone, so the board shows nothing on it but the shifts you are covering. Completing one needs a photo of the finished job, plus the hours and the positions covered.

Staffing is billed on hours covered, so an unrecorded hour is an unbillable one. Reporting an incident is optional, so your attendants only fill that box when there is something to say.

A work order naming a lifeguard asks for these on top of the shift report. The count on the stand is what proves the credential after the fact.

Treatments on a route, and the record is also the legal one. Areas treated and bait stations serviced are required every visit, because the question a resident asks afterwards is what went where — and a state inspector asks the same question of the community.

Proof of service
Photos and readings are checked separately
A recorded visit is not finished if the photo is missing, or the readings are. Switch each one on.

What is on the record
Recorded, and owing proof
This visit is on your worklist: no photo of the finished work and 2 readings missing.
!Photo of the finished work

Both checks start the moment you record the visit and stop when the community accepts it. That window is where a visit can still owe you proof.
After approval
Three things open the day a management company approves you
Joining is free. The day a management company approves you, its open RFPs, your invoice book, and the credential file behind both of them all open at once.
Every open RFP that company has
Approval puts every open RFP in front of you. Read them as a list, or on a satellite map with the miles from your nearest yard on each one. It comes with your first 5 RFP openings, and you build each proposal in the Proposal Studio. Opening an RFP reveals which community it is and what they are asking for, and that is the moment one is spent — whether or not you propose. The community reads the proposals and picks one.
You send your own invoice, under your own name and number, on the same terms as every other company here. The community reads it on one screen with every other invoice it gets, and pays you on the payment details printed on it. Record the payment on your invoices page and the invoice closes.
One COI covers every company you are approved with
Your insurance and your trade credential are uploaded once, verified by a person here, and watched for renewal. Every management company you are approved with reads that same file.
Those three come with approval and cost nothing on top of it. VendoRFP+ is the paid term. It takes the cap off proposals at every management company you are approved with, and it opens RFPs at any distance rather than only the ones inside your travel radius.
