    A community marks out its ground on a satellite map, then builds the request with its scope and insurance limits, and sends it to vetted local vendors. Proposals come back to read side by side.

    The Proposal Studio holds the request’s scope, so the vendor writes its proposal against exactly what was asked for. “Draft it” writes a first cover note from that scope, which the vendor reads over and edits before sending.

For community associations

The generator is included with HOAcrew+. HOAcrew+ is $29/mo, or $290/yr, for up to 3 communities, and $7/mo, or $70/yr, for each community after that. HOAcrew+ Unlimited is $100/mo, or $1,000/yr, for every community.

On HOAcrew Free, the map estimate, the RFP builder and your first published RFP cost nothing.

On its own, with credits

For groups HOAcrew does not serve, the package comes on its own, on one monthly pool of credits.

Outside HOAcrew, on its own: free with 200 credits a month, or $16/mo with 2,000. Sending an RFP is 100 credits, an AI draft 25, and sending a proposal is free. On its own, it is not on sale today.

  • Rollover

    Monthly credits last 3 months, so up to 6,000 can be on hand. Credits you buy don't expire

    Charged once per RFP, however many vendors you invite. Edits, re-sends and addenda cost nothing

  • An AI draft

    Charged only when you get a usable draft. A draft that fails costs nothing

  • Always free, even at zero

    Sending a proposal, the map estimate, edits, awarding, reading and a draft that fails

  • At zero

    At zero credits it stops and asks. Add 500 credits for $5, or move to the paid plan. It never charges you without asking
